Since 2004 I have been studying at the most unusual school I know. Fields of Understanding, School of Principled Consciousness let me get to know a new form of communication with myself and the other person.

Since then, a lot has changed for the better in my life... inner serenity, coming to solutions more quickly, giving up old patterns that are not conducive... these are just a few of the topics that have made my life - or rather the way I deal with my life - easier.

This led me to train as a SpiralAction Method™ Instructor in 2020. With this simple yet profound method of SpiralAction Method™, I would like to support other people to work on specific topics in depth and thus be able to develop themselves further.
